Shipping & Returns
UK Shipping
All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48 Tracked.
• Shipping £3.50 on all orders
• Free shipping on orders over £60
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery. Please allow 2-3 working days before getting in touch about delays.
- Standard order = Production time + 48-hour shipping
- Custom order = Production time + allow 3-5 days + 48 shipping
International Shipping
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight, powered by Royal Mail international services.
Delivery times vary by destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees upon arrival — these are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost or item price. The Bluprint Store is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
Returns Policy
Custom / Made-to-Measure Orders
All custom and made-to-measure orders are final sale. Because each piece is made specifically to your measurements, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items. If there is a fit issue with your custom order, please get in touch and we will do our best to arrange an alteration.
Standard Sized Orders
We accept returns only on standard sized pieces. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Any signs of wear, odour etc. means the return can be rejected.
To initiate a return, contact us at thebluprintstore@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving order. We will then provide return instructions. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrives faulty or not as described.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve it promptly.
Custom Items
We want every piece to fit you perfectly. If your custom order doesn’t fit as expected, we offer one complimentary alteration per order, subject to the following conditions:
• Alteration requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
• The garment must be unworn (beyond trying on), unwashed, and in its original condition
• You must confirm your measurements along with return request
• The complimentary alteration covers fit adjustments only, it does not cover design changes or alterations to the original spec of the order
• Only one alteration per order is included. Any further alterations requested beyond this will be quoted and charged separately
• If there is a discrepancy in the measurements provided, we kindly ask that you cover the cost of returning the item to us. Once the alteration is complete, we’ll take care of sending it back to you.
